How do I place an order online?
Ordering is easy and convenient! We take all major credit cards, PayPal and Google Checkout accounts. Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "Secure Checkout".
Can I place orders by phone?
Yes, we accept phone orders at 1-877-295-TARO (1-877-295-8276). Our customer-care consultants are available Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM HST to answer your questions. We'd love to talk to you! Or you can also contact us by e-mail at info@tarofields.com.
Can you put a "rush" on my order?
If you need your items before the normal processing and shipping time, please call customer service at 1-877-295-TARO (1-877-295-8276) during regular business hours Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM HST or e-mail us at info@tarofields.com. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. If rushing your order involves shipping through alternate means, there could be an additional cost for shipping.
What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed online using any major credit card including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. If you'd like to pay by check, your order must be placed by phone. After your order is placed, please send your check to:

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Hawaii at a rate of 4.166%.

How do I check the status of my order?
After completing your order online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your items have shipped, you will receive a second e-mail with a tracking number.
Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
Yes. You can also contact us at 1-877-295-TARO (1-877-295-8276) or at info@tarofields.com to contact us directly with any questions regarding the status of your order.
How do I make changes or cancel my order?
You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not shipped.
Return Guarantee and Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 1-877-295-TARO (1-877-295-8276) or info@tarofields.com for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt of your order. All items must be in their original resalable condition with the original tags. All returns must be approved by our customer-care department as some items are not refundable such as sales items, bath or personal products.
How long before I receive my refund?
Every attempt is made to process your refund in the form that payment was originally received upon inspection of items. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit should either post to your credit card (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) or by paper check within three-to-five business days.
What if I got my order, but some items are damaged?
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there's any damage, please call our customer-care department at 1-877-295-TARO (1-877-295-8276) or e-mail us at info@tarofields.com at your earliest convenience, but no later than 7 days after the package was delivered. All orders of $100 or more will be shipped insured. Contact our customer-care department for further assistance.

What are your shipping options?
At this time we offer two shipping methods via the US Postal Service: Priority Mail and Express Mail.
How is shipping calculated?
- Priority Mail - we charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $10. However, this fee is waived on orders of $100 or more.
- Express Mail - we charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $30. The US Postal Service automatically adds $100 worth of insurance on Express Mail shipments.
When does my order ship?
Each order is shipped out within one - two business days after receiving your order.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
We ship by US Postal Service which will deliver to any US PO Box.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. However, we do not guarantee delivery times on these orders.

Do you have a printed catalog?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a printed catalog. You can view our entire collection online.
I am a vendor. How do I submit my products for consideration?

Are online transactions on your site secured?
All the information you provide, including your credit card information, is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update.
Furthermore, you will be given the option to opt-in to our monthly newsletter if you so desire. You will not receive any promotional information from us without your permission.
